  • 1 oz Green crème de menthe
  • 1 oz White crème de cacao
  • 1 oz Heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • Ice
  • Mint sprig or grated chocolate (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice, dosent matter the brand or size.
  2. Add the green crème de menthe, white crème de cacao, and heavy cream to the shaker.
  3. Shake well for about 10-15 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients, make sure to put your back into it! You want the shake to be hard.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig or grated chocolate on top.
