Ingredients:
- 2 green plantains (unripe for best texture)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp water (for smashing)
Instructions:

- Peel & slice plantains – Cut off the ends, slice the peel lengthwise, and remove it. Cut plantains into 1-inch thick rounds.
