Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Dice and chop all the ingredients.
  2. Mix everything in a bowl and stir well to combine.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more lime juice or salt if needed.
  4. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to let the flavors blend.
