  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 can (14 oz) chopped tomatoes

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or dairy-free butter
  • ¼ cup dairy-free milk (or regular milk)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Mashed Potato Topping

  • Boil potatoes in salted water until soft (about 15 minutes).
  • Drain and mash with olive oil, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth. Set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Mediterranean Fish Filling

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Sauté onions until soft, then add garlic, oregano, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.
