  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or almond flour for a low-carb version)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add melted butter and mix.
  3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla and stir well.
  4. Mix in baking soda, salt, and flour until just combined (don’t overmix).
