Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 9 squares.
  3. Spoon 1 tsp raspberry jam and a few chocolate chips into the center of each square.
  4. Fold the squares diagonally to form triangles, pressing the edges firmly with a fork to seal.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk the egg and milk, then brush over the pastries for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.
  7. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar for a finishing touch!

Enjoy warm or at room temperature. Would you like a drizzle of melted chocolate on top? 🍫😊
