Ingredients:

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash

  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 ½ cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2️⃣ Prepare the spaghetti squash:

  • Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  • Brush the inside with olive oil or butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
