Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp butter (or olive oil)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated parmesan (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Asparagus:
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:
- In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.
