For the Wraps & Toppings:

  • 8 large lettuce leaves (romaine, iceberg, or butter lettuce)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ½ avocado, diced or mashed
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Fresh cilantro and lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onions and garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
